GFG Hausverwaltung GmbH was initially founded in 1976 for the administration of our own developed properties.

For around 45 years, our sound family-run business under the professional management of Dipl.-Kfm. Hans-Jürgen Becker, Dipl.-Kfm. Claus-Reino Becker and Dipl.-Kaufm. Axel J. Becker has expertly and reliably assisted our clients to their utmost satisfaction.

From our Berlin-Wilmersdorf premises we currently manage a property portfolio of approximately 2,700 rental properties, 720 condominiums (incl. 290 tenant-occupied ones) and roughly 150 commercial properties located all over Berlin – from Spandau to Köpenick, from Zehlendorf to Pankow and Frohnau.

Our competent team of experienced employees sets great value on individual consultation and strong client relationships. Your own personal point of contact will be responsible for your property and constructively cooperate with you at all times. Thanks to the size of our enterprise you will be able to contact our management whenever you wish.

We not only manage rental properties, condominiums and other subsidized and privately financed properties, but also provide valuable assistance and advice for the purchase or sale of condominiums and/or buildings.

We carry out all management tasks incl. commercial and technical administration with utmost diligence and great transparency. We take care of all financial accounting, prepare annual statements and professionally supervise all maintenance and refurbishment procedures.

In technical matters, we cooperate with trustworthy partners of long standing to provide comprehensive and competent assistance. While our clients are of course free to choose their own service providers, we will always be glad to help you find the right specialists.

Since we take care of third-party as well as own rental and commercial properties, you will always be assisted by highly competent managers whose utmost priority lies in optimizing your return and profitably managing your property for you.
